At Hope Life Care Foundation, we deeply value the support and contributions made by donors and supporters towards our social welfare initiatives. Donations made to the organization are generally non-refundable.

Donations

• All donations made to Hope Life Care Foundation are voluntary and are used for charitable purposes including education, healthcare, women empowerment, environmental conservation, and community welfare programs.
• Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be refunded.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

• Duplicate donation transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

Any such request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date along with valid proof of payment.

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved by the organization:

• The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking procedures.

Cancellation

Hope Life Care Foundation reserves the right to cancel or refuse any donation if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
